Moving to the Ghetto

Well we're exhausted. Chuck and I just want to get out of here and get home to see our families. We got the keys to our new place on Friday. We've torn up all the carpet (with the help of a wardy), pulled up all the staples, painted the kitchen and living room and moved a lot of our stuff over. We're waiting on carpet that needs to be installed and as soon as it is, we're out of here. Our new place is quite a bit smaller than what we're used to but a whole heck of a lot cheaper. I have to tell you though, we're living ghet-to. While we were over there today we have a thunder storm and I thought cannons were going off. I thought our little house was going to fall right over. We picked paint colors for our walls that complemented the standard tobacco brown trim thats throughout the house. I could repaint the trim but I'd rather embrace the 70's vibe we got going. I'll post pics soon, cause I know none of you are actually going to read this unless I throw in some cute picture of Jack. By the way he passed out today from crying so hard. He's such a bad kid.

Jack's not bad, although I would probably say the same things about my boys. Very determined and stubborn and hotheaded, so much like myself, but they're the ones who are supposed to bend right? Give in? Can't wait to see you guys. Just think of your house at Ghetto-fabulous. Love you.

I meant "as" Ghetto-fabulous instead of "at." I am having a time spelling words lately.
