I'm a huge fan of swaddling. Not a huge fan of swaddling blankets. With Jack swaddling was a must. He would not sleep unless we squeezed the life out of them. The problem with Jack is that after about 2 weeks he could get out of anything and we always had to go back and rewrap him. Chuck and I both dreaded swaddling him and would argue over who had to do it. So that's why I'm so excited about this.
If anyone has ever used these or heard of them let me know. With twins coming I really want to find something that will work well.

I was a swaddling pro. And there was never a fight about who had to do it - it was always me!

Yeah good thing you were home all of two hours a day so you could "always" do it.

These won't work till they're several weeks old. I see them at work all the time and they're always way too big to get a good swaddle.
We used these for Samson every time he slept. He loved to be swaddled but always managed to wiggle out of his blanket and then he would wake up. I don't think we used this same brand but it was similar.
I would definitely recommend using one (or two in your case).
That looks like a baby straight jacket! haha! Whatever works to keep them quiet though :) River would have nothing to do with being swaddled so I don't have any advice on this one.
